My little Boomer Sooners!

These were taken on Game Day. OU played UConn in the Fiesta Bowl on 1-1-11 and beat them 48 to 20. (Yes, I googled this. You didn't really think I remembered that, did you?)

Christmas at Granny and Papa's

Finally, my last Christmas post! LOL!! Our last stop at Christmas was at Granny and Papa's house. We headed to OK after we finished Christmas at our house and got all packed up. Look at their mantle lined with all 12 of our stockings. 6 kids, 6 adults!

This was Christmas Night. I'm not sure what they were watching, but if I was betting, I would say it was some sort of ballgame.

I love how she just makes herself at home in the new big chair, holding a Christmas Train.

This was the day after Christmas and we were waiting for Jenny's family to arrive. Or as Abby says, "Aunt Jimmy". :) Sweet Macy Kate in her Christmas Dress.

Getting Abby to take this picture was like pulling teeth.

I love this. Look in the background. Papa was on watch Nemo/Tinkerbell duty.

Seriously, like pulling teeth.

Finally!

Here's our annual group shot in front of the tree at Granny's. I love it. Abby's, of course, not looking and Macy's crying.

Sweet baby!

They arrived. Here's Mackenzie holding Macy Kate for the first time.

Time for presents!! Aunt Jimmy got Abby a Tinkerbell Cafe'. She loves it. She'll come up to you and say, "idon'tknow, coffee?" :)

"Which one should I eat first?"

Macy with her Santa gift from Granny.

Here's Macy and her Aunt Lou!

This girl loves her big sister! I hope this love grows and grows!!!

That 'finally' concludes our 2010 Christmas!!
Merry Christmas everyone. Hope it was a great one!

The Christmas Story 2010

Here's this video. Not sure what happened below.

It's Christmas!!!

well, it WAS Christmas. I'm only a month late. At least I'm only ONE month behind on my pictures, it could be worse.

Good Morning Sweet Girl - Merry Christmas!!!

And this one must have heard Santa during the night. She was up every 3 hours on the dot! :)
Daddy was helping her find out what Santa left behind.

Santa couldn't have done a better job....Nemo and Tinkerbell! She ripped both of them out of the box and yelled, "NEMO!! Tinkerbell!!!" so sweet.

Here was Abby helping Macy opening her presents from Santa.

Sweet MacyKate with her Monkey.

And onto the best....CANDY!

I love this picture!! Santa gave her dum-dum's and a new toothbrush. LOL!

Either she is smiling at Daddy or at the Mylicon that Santa brought her.

Opening presents is exhausting!!!

Nemo did not leave her side. For the most part, she just had Daddy open all of her presents for her. She just wanted the gifts, not really into opening them.

New Rainboots!

New Umbrella!

Macy with a few of her new gifts.

Sweet Abby!

Thank you Santa for the hat and monkey mittens.

Here's her Christmas Breakfast: Honey Biscuit and Turkey Bacon. For those of you close to Abby, you know eating is not her best quality. She's not much a fan of the act like her Momma is. But a few bites she did eat.

One of our family traditions at Christmas is that Stan will read to us from the Bible the true Christmas Story, the birth of Christ. I love it. It's so so sweet. For the next few years, we'll keep reading the story out of a Bible that Abby and Macy will understand. So so precious.

God has blessed us immensely this past year. We are so thankful for his blessings but especially for the birth of our King, Jesus Christ.

Enjoy!

Change of Plans

Well, Stan thinks my blog is okay, so I'm not going to go private at this time. I trust his judgement more than my own. So, I deleted my last post with several of y'alls email addresses listed.

Look forward to more posts this week. I still have a couple of posts from Christmas to post, Macy's 3 month, our Snow Day, etc.

Macy and her Stocking!!

I had these same pictures taken with Abby and her stocking when she was two months old. Macy's were all taken by yours truly. Abby's were taken by a professional, Jessica. Let's just say that Abby's are MUCH better. But Macy's are just as sweet!!
Kinda a little smile.

Macy's Granny gave her this little Santa dress. So sweet!

Oh dear.....the eyes! LOL!

Heehee.....that face!

Just for fun, here are Abby's you and look through. Abby and Macy are at the same ages in these pictures. It's amazing how much bigger Macy is than my little preemie Abby was. :)
