15 Weeks

Today we are 15 weeks along. I can't believe how time has flown by. It still seems like forever until Nov 19th, but I know it will be here before we know it. We went to the dr today and got to hear the heartbeat again. It's such the sweetest little sound. It's beating away, 150 beats per minute! We made our next appt for July 2nd and will have the sonogram at that time. Hopefully, we will definitely be able to see if it is a boy or a girl. That's all I have to report for now. Baby's doing great!!

Melissa's Wedding

My sweet friend Melissa got married this weekend in Naples, FL. It was heavenly! Everything was just perfect. She looked absolutely beautiful, just like Cinderella!! I had so much fun and can not wait to vacation in Naples again.

We're growing....with TWINS!

Stan was mowing the yard tonight and knocked on the window for me to come and see the new addition to our family. TWINS....Twin bunnies! We have a huge back yard and usually every night there are a couple of bunnies that will come by and play. We think they like our back yard because of it's size and the fact that we have no pets. We just figured that the bunnies were just boyfriend and girlfriend and probably having a little date-night fun....little did we know that they were husband and wife! AND, proud parents to twins! The bunnies were so sweet. We read today that our little baby is about 3 1/2 inches long now, almost as big as those sweet bunnies. We've made it to the 2nd trimester! Woo-Hoo!!!

27 weeks to go!!

We told Drew and Caden this past weekend that we were going to have a baby. Here's how it went:

Andrea: "Drew...listen to Jill, she has some news for you."

Drew: "Wut....wut is it?"

Jill: "I'm gonna have a baby."

Drew: "Oh. What's it's name?"

Andrea: "Maybe you can help them name it. What should it be?"

Drew: He stops his game of basketball with his 4ft goal and grinned, "Andrew."

All: "Nooooooo!" We all started laughing.

Jill: "Caden, I'm gonna have a baby. Are you excited?"

Caden: As he's laughing hysterically, "Eww....it's going to be a poopy diaper baby. Eww!!!"


We've reached the 13th week mark and we only have 27 weeks to go, until that poopy diaper baby gets here!! High-five everyone! My bedtime has been between 8:00pm and 8:30pm. And our house looks like a Texas Tornado went through it. (Sorry sweetie) :) I've been so tired lately. I was told that some of this will go away as we hit the 12 week mark and I should soon get some of my energy back. Still waiting for all that energy..........

Mother's Day in Greenville

I went to Greenville today after church to visit my mom for Mother's Day. She is truly amazing. The thing that I love the most about her is that she is always there...no matter what. Nothing is more important in her life than us, her family! Love you Mama!

And of course, a trip to Greenville isn't complete without seeing Drew and Caden.

Happy Birthday Erika!

Saturday Night we went out to a birthday dinner for my friend Erika at Trece. We had so much fun. It was so good to see these girls again. We've been friends for many, many years and it's great to get caught up with them again. Love you girls!! Here we are: me, Erika, Joann, & Liz.

Here's the Birthday girl just as the night got started. I just love Erika. She never fails, she always makes me laugh!! Isn't she so pretty too?! Just like Dora the Explorer, except for prettier and she doesn't have a backpack or a monkey, but a Burberry bag and sparkling jewelry.....seriously though, perfect teeth, big bright brown eyes, too cute!!! Happy Birthday Erika! I know this year will be one of your best, enjoy it!

3 Months!

Here we are.......this is my 3 Month belly shot. We're definitely growing!

Baby Nicolas & Miss Hannah

Last Friday I went to a going away party for my friend Hannah. On my way to the party, I had to stop by Claudia's house to meet little Nicolas for the first time in real life. He's 7 months old and I'm ashamed that I've only seen him in pictures. He was such a doll. And believe me when I say, he is a Round-Mound of Joy! So sweet!!

Here he was showing me all of his little toys. But of everything he had to play with, he seemed to enjoy my badge the best. I think he thought I looked funny in the picture. I had to explain to him that the picture on my badge was my worst picture ever. He didn't care...he still loved it anyway.

Then Claudia and I left baby Nicolas with Daddy Day-Care to go and say good-bye to Miss Hannah. We had to go give her our love and wish her all the best as she turns over a new leaf in her career. We'll miss you Hannah!!! Here we are below: Claudia, Hannah and me.
