We're getting ready for Christmas!!!

Macy Kate, 2 months, wearing one of Abby's old shirts. It's a little snug on her at the same age as when Abby wore it. :)

Solid Sweetness!!

I can't get enough of this girl!!

My photo shoot helper needed a spontaneous kiss from Macy Kate. :)

I think she just wants to be behind the scenes....she refuses to look at the camera.

"Okay MacyKate, say Cheese!!"

"Oh, I'll help her."
She's constantly loving on her little sister. I love it so much!

Sometimes Veggie Tales can be distracting!

Just for fun, here are a couple of pictures of Abby at the same age as Macy Kate, 2 months.

Abby Jewel, 2 months

I have 269 pictures to go through from Christmas. Be patient lots of posts coming!!

Macy Kate in Dec 2010

She is growing way too fast and I'm definitely not taking enough pictures of her. :( Here are some random pictures that I've taken of her this month.

Love her so much!!

Playdate with "Clifford"

Clifford, aka Christopher, and Abby get together once every week or so just to play. This week, Christopher came over and they headed outside.

"Mommy, let me grab my hat!"

"Wait a minute...what happened here?"

"Look what I found Jess!"
I'm not sure why one of my measuring spoons was outside, but I'm pretty sure I know who to blame for it. Oh well, to her, it's an outside toy now. :)

"Come on Clifford!"

I'm pretty sure he was thinking...."Why are you running, I'm not chasing you?" or maybe it was...."Why does she have the chalk and a measuring spoon?"

love her stockings

heehee....this picture makes me laugh!!

Favorite new hiding place. Little does she know I can always find her.

"Addy, come back!"

"Let's go back inside!"

"You hear that? Its a airoplane!"

so sweet

Sweet boy. He is obsessed with his ABCs. Jessica wrote them all out and he would slide over each one saying what it was. His pants were covered in pink chalk. :)

Abby's First Haircut

Saturday, we headed out to Cool Cuts for Kids to get Abby's haircut for the first time. She has a rather large cow-lick in the front of her hair line and it's awfully thin in the back. I just wanted something to kinda shape it up a bit. Here's some before pics.
Back Before

She wouldn't look at me for a picture, so these are the best I could get of the before.

Here she is sitting in the Taxi waiting to get her haircut.

Casey, the hair stylist, gave her a dum dum to keep her occupied. This worked until she broke out the water bottle and started squirting her head with water. Then Abby panicked.

She even turned on a movie to try and help....nothing worked. Abby cried and cried and wanted out of the taxi ASAP.

Sweet little Macy Kate slept through the whole thing.

Here was Stan trying to comfort her.

Still crying

It was so traumatic that I didn't get an "after" shot. That's okay though, just look at the before pic and you can see it. ;) There is really no difference at all. She only cut about 1/2 inch off the back.

Poor girl. You would have thought I took her to the dr's office. :( If you ask her if she got her hair cut she'll say yes and that she cried. Wish us luck if it keeps growing and we have to go back to the dreaded taxi chair.

Introducing......Baby Jesus Wagnon! :)

The one good thing about having your babies in October, they will become the perfect size to play the role of baby Jesus in your local Cantata. :) Abby was baby Jesus when she was this size, now it's Macy Kate's turn. :)

Okay, I'll admit it....we love playing Mary and Joseph just as much! :)

Here's the virgin Mary with her newborn baby Jesus

Oh, and here's baby Jesus' sister Abby

Action! All we had to do was sit there. Stan wanted a speaking part, but they refused.

Here we are right before I had to hand off baby Jesus to her aunt Andrea. She is still colicky and we didn't think she would last the whole time. Sure enough, she didn't. Therefore I pulled out our handy backup baby Jesus underneath our seat.

So fun, thanks for having us First Missionary Baptist in Terrell! :) We will happily mail any autographs you request.
